Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Taskify mobile application ("Taskify", "the app"), developed and operated by 1969 EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria. By downloading or using Taskify, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. The service
Taskify is a personal task management app for Android and iOS. We provide the app on an "as is" basis and continuously work to improve it. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.
2. Your account and data
You are responsible for the tasks and content you create in the app. If you use optional sign-in and cloud backup, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use Taskify only for lawful purposes and not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its operation, reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it in a way that infringes the rights of others.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
- Taskify offers a free tier, optional premium subscriptions (monthly and yearly), and a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Pricing is shown in the app at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, through your app store account settings.
- A 14-day trial may be offered for premium features. Terms of the trial are shown at the time of activation.
- Refunds are handled according to the policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store.
5. Lifetime purchase
The lifetime purchase grants access to premium features for as long as the app remains available. It is a one-time payment with no recurring charge. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product and the company operating it, and does not constitute a perpetual guarantee independent of the app's continued availability.
6. Third-party services
Taskify integrates with third-party services such as Google Calendar, Google Firebase, Google AdMob, and RevenueCat. Your use of those features is also subject to the respective third parties' terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Taskify available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Where reasonable, we will communicate significant changes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Taskify and 1969 EOOD are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data arising from your use of the app. You are encouraged to keep your own backups of important information.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
